The Utopian Room (pictured left) is a large room with king-sized bed and private bath. The decor of the room features bay windows with a window seat and a maple and tile fireplace mantle.

The Porch Room is located on the first floor and has a Queen-sized bed and a pink private bath typical of the late 1940s when these 2 rooms were added. It is separated from the rest of the house by a private alcove.

The S.K. Paige Room includes a Queen-sized bed and the bath original to the house including a luxurious 6-foot tub and barber's sink. It is located on the second floor at the back of the house and is very private, quiet and cozy.
